Wellcombe

Wellcombe is one of our smallest sites with just 13 plots.  It is a hidden gem nestled in a small dell between Meads and the Downs.  The site is accessed via Upper Dukes Drive.

Facilities

There are no toilet facilities at Wellcombe.

Soil type

Due to its location, the Wellcombe site is in shade for much of the day so the soil doesn’t tend to dry out too much.  The soil parent material is clay, silts, sand and gravel, making the soil texture clayey loam to sandy loam.

Parking

The car park is located just inside the gate next to the noticeboard.  Do not park on the site roadways.  Please be considerate to other site users when loading/unloading outside of your plot.
