At the EAGS General Committee Meeting held on Monday the following proposals were approved:

1 The Allotment Rent for 2018/9 should remain unchanged

2 The EAGS Allotment Management System should change from the present Ploztman system to Colony, an off the shelf system devised for Allotment Societies. This change will be implemented in March

3 A revised draft of the EAGS Rules & Regulations should be submitted to Eastbourne Borough Council for approval. This could take some time, but hopefully we will be able to publish them in the foreseeable future
